GameNative, an Android app that runs PC games to smartphones, has received a new update that introduces LSFG VK, a Vulkan-based version of Lossless Scaling Frame Generation. The technology generates additional frames between the engine s real frames, increasing visual smoothness without adding true engine work. In a demonstration on a RedMagic 11 Pro with liquid cooling, the app scaled a 30 FPS baseline linearly: 2 produced 60 FPS, 3 yielded 80 FPS, and 4 reached 100 FPS. Cyberpunk 2077 surpassed 60 FPS on the same device, and the update was also tested with The Witcher 3 and Spider Man Miles Morales. While the added frames improve perceived fluidity, the same limitation applies as on PC lossless scaling: input latency is unchanged because the frames are interpolated rather than rendered by the game engine. Thus, gameplay responsiveness remains the same, but the visual experience becomes noticeably smoother.
